Special Flight Permit
A special flight permit is a permit issued under CASR Part 21 to allow an aircraft that may not currently meet applicable airworthiness requirements, but is capable of safe flight, to be flown. It is commonly used for purposes such as repositioning an aircraft for maintenance, delivery, or testing.
